About Our Staff
We like to identity our staff as our "team members", and soon enough, you'll view them as family! The Stepping Stone team is carefully chosen; each member has met the criteria per the State guidelines to be considered a team player. Furthermore, our team is trained on a continuous basis through different platforms and interests. They participate in trainings pertaining to their designated age group, along with completing mandatory updates on policies and procedures. Stepping Stone takes all comments, questions and concerns very seriously; we strive to make our locations a second "home" for your child! It is important to us to be on the same page as our current and prospective families in caring for your child and their specific needs; therefore, we accommodate and learn to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for your child at all times. At Stepping Stone, our team members love to have fun, educate, and guide all of our children in a thriving environment.
